An important step in the manufacture of our products is dyeing of the fabric. This is a very important and crucial moment that requires skills and creativity. For tissue staining, we try to use natural dyes.
For example, a surprising number of hues can be obtained by staining fabrics with usual onion husks, from light yellow to dark brown. Also for dyeing we use walnut peels, pomegranate, red moraine, henna, and many other plants and components of natural origin.
The process itself take its place like many, many years ago. The plants are put in the tank with water, heated on fire for some time, and then the fabric is laid in, which is being folded, rolled up and twisted in a special way will produce a certain pattern.
Some dyes require additional fixation after dyeing, some after the staining and washing the fabric are immediately ready for further use.
